MIAMIA WEATHER GUARD EMULSION PAINT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Miamia Weather guard emulsion paint is premium quality paint with excellent exterior durability and hiding power based on acrylic copolymer designed to protect and decorate exterior walls. It can be applied to numerous surface such as cement plastered walls, asbestos, plywood, building board, plaster and other areas.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Spread capacity: 9-12m 2 / liter per coat, depend on type of surface porosity, film thickness applied, type of texture, wastage during paint etc.
Colors: White and as per Miamia shade card/fandeck.
Finish: Smooth matt finish.

Storage: Dry and cool area.
Shelf life: 2 years.
SURFACE PREPARATION
New Surfaces: Surface/s must be thoroughly clean, dry and in sound condition before painting.
Concrete/cement plaster: Apply one coat of Miamia acrylic binder followed by 2-3 coats of Miamia Weather guard emulsion paint.
Asbestos: Apply one coat of Miamia acrylic binder followed by 2-3 coats of Miamia Weather guard emulsion paint.
Gypsum Plaster: Apply one coat of Miamia acrylic binder followed by 2-3 coats of Miamia Weather guard emulsion paint.
Previously Painted surfaces: Clean and prepare surface by removing all dirt, grease, grime and flaking
paint. Powdered surface must be treated with one coat of Miamia acrylic binder followed by application
2-3 coats of Miamia Weather guard emulsion paint.
Enamel based surface must be cleaned, sanding surface and apply one coat of Miamia Undercoat
followed by application 2-3 coats of Miamia Weather guard emulsion paint.
APPLICATION
- Thinning
Miamia Weather guard emulsion paint recommended thinned by 10%-15% clean tap water, stir the contents thoroughly before use. - Application method
Miamia Weather guard emulsion paint can be applied by using roller, brush and spray. - Color consistency
- Ensure that batch numbers are the same on all cans.
- If the batch numbers are different mix together all cans to achieve color consistency.
- Clean up
Wash brushes, rollers and other painting tools in clean tap water immediately after use. Spray equipment should be given a final rinse with mineral spirits to prevent rusting.
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORNMATION
- During application make sure there is adequate ventilation.
- Wear protective gears during application.
- Keep the product out of reach of children.
- Wash your body in proper way after application.
- Don’t use can/container to store food or water.
- Empty can/container dispose in required place.
FIRST AID
- In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, for skin wash thoroughly with soap and water. If symptoms persist seek medical attention.
- If you experience difficulty breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficult is experienced, get medical attention immediately.
