MIAMIA ACRYLIC BINDER

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Miamia Acrylic binder is premium primer and sealer designed for both interior and exterior surfaces. It can be applied to numerous surface such as cement plastered walls, asbestos, plywood, building board, plaster and other areas.

• New and previously painted surface made from cement plaster, concrete, brickwork and gypsum plaster.
• Asbestos and ceiling boards.
• Designed for interior walls and exterior walls.

Spread capacity: 10-13m 2 / liter per coat, depend on type of surface porosity, film thickness applied, type of texture, wastage during paint etc.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Concrete/cement plaster: Apply one coat of Miamia acrylic binder.
Asbestos: Apply one coat of Miamia acrylic binder.
Gypsum Plaster: Apply one coat of Miamia acrylic binder.
Previously Painted surfaces: Clean and prepare surface by removing all dirt, grease, grime and flaking paint. Powdered surface must be treated with one coat of Miamia acrylic binder.
Enamel based surface must be cleaned, sanding surface and apply one coat of Miamia Undercoat followed by application one coat of Miamia Acrylic binder.

APPLICATION

1. Thinning
   Miamia Acrylic binder recommended thinned by clean tap water, stir the contents thoroughly before use.
2. Application method
   Miamia Acrylic binder can be applied by using roller, brush and spray.
3. Clean up
   Wash brushes, rollers and other painting tools in clean tap water immediately after use. Spray equipment should be given a final rinse with mineral spirits to prevent rusting.

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORNMATION

• During application make sure there is adequate ventilation.
• Wear protective gears during application.
• Keep the product out of reach of children.
• Wash your body in proper way after application.
• Don’t use can/container to store food or water.
• Empty can/container dispose in required place.

FIRST AID

• In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, for skin wash thoroughly with soap and water. If symptoms persist seek medical attention.
• If you experience difficulty breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficult is experienced, get medical attention immediately.
